We use your data exclusively to answer your enquiry, prepare our commercial response and follow up on the contact in our CRM.
Every request left with the Support Agent is recorded in the DISMOTOR CRM and a copy is e-mailed to apoioaocliente@dismotor.pt so the team can follow up.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share it when required by law or strictly necessary to answer your request.
We process your data on the basis of your consent, given when you leave your contact details and message, and of DISMOTOR's legitimate interest in answering enquiries from customers and prospective customers, under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to answer and follow up on the contact, and for the usual duration of the commercial relationship. You may ask us to delete your data at any time, unless a legal obligation to keep it applies.
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It only uses technical storage needed for the site to work, namely to keep you signed in to the private area and to identify your Support Agent conversation while you browse.
Access to enquiry data is reserved to authorised DISMOTOR staff, through the private area, with access controlled by individual accounts. The services hosting the website and the e-mail system process the data on our behalf as technical providers.
